Stirling, ACT: Insulated Patio Replacement & Upgrade 

This project in Stirling, ACT, involved the complete replacement and upgrade of a worn-down existing outdoor patio area, transforming it into a high-quality, all-weather entertaining space.  

The construction began with the demolition and removal of the existing patio cover and the old paver flooring. We then poured a new, durable concrete slab  to establish a superior foundation. The main feature of the upgrade was the installation of a brand-new, fully insulated patio cover. This key structural improvement accommodates the highly fluctuating weather conditions in Canberra, ensuring the new space is comfortable and fully functional all year round, regardless of the seasonal extremes.  

The result is a robust, climate-controlled outdoor area that significantly enhances the home's liveability and value. We're thrilled that the family was so pleased with the outcome that we'll be returning to commence work on their indoor renovations in early 2026.
