Narrabundah, ACT: Extensive Bespoke Interior Renovation 

This was an extensive internal renovation project in Narrabundah, ACT, focused on delivering high-end custom finishes and complete modernisation throughout the home.  

The project encompassed the construction and fitting of all new functional spaces, structural walls removed, and new walls relocated with new structural members being installed to opened up the house to living/dining, and kitchen and laundry area, including a new kitchen  and a dedicated new laundry. A key feature was the design and installation of custom bespoke cabinetry  in the dining area, crafted to integrate seamlessly with the new aesthetic and maximise storage. We also completely rebuilt and fitted the main bathroom and ensuite, ensuring a premium finish in both wet areas.  

The meticulous scope included new plumbing and electrical throughout the house, new double glazed aluminium framed windows throughout the house, laying new flooring throughout the entire residence, providing a cohesive and modern foundation, alongside the refitting of all wardrobes for optimal storage solutions. Finally, we constructed a custom patio for the back garden, extending the home's quality finish into the outdoor entertaining space.
