Kambah, ACT: Backyard Studio Construction 

This substantial project in Kambah, ACT, involved the construction of a backyard studio built  on a large residential block. This design was specifically chosen to maximise the use of the generous land size while providing the client with flexible, detached functional spaces.  

The construction included the complete build of the studio structure from the ground up. Critically, the work involved significant infrastructure installation, including the precise laying and connection of new plumbing and electrical services,  new main concrete floor slab, insulated walls and ceiling for year round weather. This ensures that the studio is fully self-sufficient and habitable. The final result delivers a high-quality, permanent structure ready for immediate use, demonstrating our capability in managing large-scale auxiliary building projects and complex service integration.
