EliMar recently completed the full construction package  for this custom residential home in Goulburn, showcasing our team’s strict attention to structural detail and finish tolerances:

  • Internal Fit-Out & Carpentry: Installation of custom timber-veneer kitchen joinery, stone countertops with waterfall profiling, and a fully framed walk-in pantry.
  • Tiling & Floor Laying: Large-format main floor tiling, precision bathroom waterproofing and floor-to-ceiling tile alignment, and premium carpet installation.
  • Brickwork & External Works: Construction of a modern brick facade, structural site drainage, turf laying, and a concrete-set geometric stepping-stone entry path.

The Result: A structurally sound, flawlessly finished turn-key home ready for decades of regional living.
