Goulburn, NSW: Weatherboard Extension & New Living Space 

This project involved a significant extension to an existing weatherboard property in Goulburn, NSW. The entire extension was built from scratch into the garden space, demanding careful foundation work and seamless structural integration with the original dwelling.  

The new construction successfully delivered two key areas: a large, light-filled additional bedroom  and a versatile new living area/sunroom. We meticulously managed the external finishes, ensuring the new weatherboard panelling and roofing perfectly matched the existing structure to maintain the property's classic aesthetic and curb appeal. This extension provides the clients with essential extra space and enhanced functionality, all delivered through precise, start-to-finish construction.
