Barton, ACT: Duplex to Dream Home Transformation

This major renovation project in Barton, ACT, was a complex yet highly rewarding undertaking that saw us merge two separate, very dated and rundown heritage style duplex dwellings into one magnificent, modern family home.

The project involved extensive structural alterations to create a completely new, open-plan floor layout, successfully opening up the kitchen and main living areas. The transformation delivered a comprehensive three-bedroom home featuring:

● A brand-new, modern kitchen and laundry.

● A new main bathroom.

● A luxurious new master bedroom complete with a private en-suite and spacious wardrobes throughout.

● New flooring and fittings across the entire residence.

We handled all the demolition works which had to be done by hand and hand power tools due to the heritage listing, new internal wall framing, internal carpentry fitout and new flooring installation  throughout the residence.
