Ainslie, ACT: Multi-generational Modernisation 

This project was a comprehensive full home renovation in the highly sought-after suburb of Ainslie, ACT. The core aim was to respect the area's older, established charm  on the exterior while completely modernising the internal living spaces.  

We executed a full internal gut and rebuild, delivering a contemporary aesthetic and enhanced functionality throughout the home. Crucially, we added a seamless small extension to provide an additional living space and bedroom. This considered addition was specifically designed to support multigenerational living, ensuring the family had the flexibility, space, and privacy they needed to thrive together. The result is a home that blends flawlessly into the classic Canberra streetscape while offering all the style, comfort, and efficiency of a brand-new build on the inside.
